We carry out day to day reactive maintenance for numerous well known high street brands. All enquiries are resolved with quick and efficient attendance to site in a fast and effective manner.
We are able to assist you with all aspects of your maintenance regime such as:
• Portable appliance testing (PAT) • Water treatment
• Property condition surveys • Roof inspections
• Fixed wire testing
Our Helpdesk is on hand 24 hours a day to deal with customer’s specific property requirements, covering a diverse range of services from emergency reactive maintenance to larger project works.
The Helpdesk is manned between 08.00 – 17.30 hours, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours any emergency calls are handled by our on-call Managers.
We manage the central functions from our Essex and London based offices which include logging all jobs on our central server and recording all health and safety processes, maintaining and updating day to day programmes for each and every job we attend to.
Our services are individually tailored to each of our client’s needs.
The delivery of effective, reactive and planned property maintenance is via the utilisation of directly-employed multi-skilled operatives to deliver all key trades which has been the foundation of our contracting services.
Outside of these hours, any emergency calls are handled by one of our on-call Managers utilizing our IT and communication systems, our team are able to log all new job instructions and enquiries and deploy our mobile team of operatives to site within the Client’s required response time. Alternatively, larger works can be arranged and planned to suit the client. Access to our comprehensive job database enables the team to provide current status of works in progress together with detailed information on works carried out historically. All our operatives carry hand-held devices for immediate transmission of job information together with documentation for quotes and risk assessments for on-site completion.
Our satellite monitoring system tracks our fleet to ensure the fastest response possible. Working in conjunction with our management team and site operatives, the role of our Helpdesk and support staff is to provide a high level of communication and service.
