Project – The works include hot water, cold water and boiler replacement works. Specifically these work involved the following:-
Installation of new hot and cold water pipework
Replacement of water tanks, boilers and all associated equipment
Alterations and refurbishment of the boiler room
New external gas and water service pipework run below ground in shared access drive
Associated builders work and making good
Asbestos removal works
Overall project duration – 19 weeks
Original programme duration – 14 weeks
Extension of time granted – 4 weeks – due to the additional client works instructions
Original project works cost total – £575,733.00 nett
Agreed project final account cost total – £663,488.87 nett – due to additional client works instructions
